33kkk Terms & Conditions

2. Eligibility

To register and use 33kkk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times. 33kkk reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the conditions below at any point during your account's lifetime.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout the life of your account, including your legal name, date of birth, and current mobile number registered to a Bangladesh SIM.
• You may hold only one active account on 33kkk. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. Use of 33kkk on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your account, is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion order that would restrict your participation in online gaming activities.

33kkk may require users to submit identity verification documents (such as a national ID, passport, or equivalent) at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification when requested may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33kkk are conducted through supported Bangladesh mobile wallet services. 33kkk does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider.

Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on 33kkk:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 33kkk, though individual payment providers may have their own daily limits.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party wallets are not accepted and may be returned or result in account suspension.
• Deposits are credited to your 33kkk account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact support via the email address on this site.
• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Additional methods may be added over time and will be reflected in the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on 33kkk:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• 33kkk aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Most withdrawals are credited to your mobile wallet within minutes of processing. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
• 33kkk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified via the contact details on their account if additional information is required.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 33kkk are powered by certified third-party game providers whose products use audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. By playing any game on 33kkk, you accept the official rules of that game as published by the relevant provider.

Sports and Cricket Betting

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers series), all bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. 33kkk reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or if the event is abandoned or declared void by the official governing body. Voided bets are returned as stake to the player's balance.

Disconnection and Technical Faults

33kkk cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, power outage, mobile network failure, or any other technical fault beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round has been completed by the game server before the disconnection, the result stands and the outcome (win or loss) will be applied to your account balance upon reconnection.
• If a game round cannot be resolved due to a server-side fault attributable to 33kkk, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance in full.
• Crash games (such as Aviator) that involve a manual cash-out action are subject to their own disconnection rules as published by the game provider. Players are advised to review these rules before playing.
• Suspected technical faults should be reported to 33kkk support within 24 hours of the affected game session. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.

8. Responsible Gaming

Without limiting the foregoing, 33kkk specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Service interruptions, errors, or delays caused by factors outside of 33kkk's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any actions taken by 33kkk in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension, withdrawal holds, or account closure, where the basis for such action was reasonable at the time it was taken.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 33kkk operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and respects the applicable legal framework. In the event of any dispute between you and 33kkk, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our support team directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through lawful means available under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
